Arawak, a cutting-edge real estate mobile app geared towards Caribbean markets, recently launched in 2024. I’ve played a key role in crafting a comprehensive brand-building strategy for Arawak, including brand messaging and web & UX content development.

TheArtList

(2021-Present)

My engaging articles fuel organic traffic for TheArtList, a platform connecting visual artists and photographers to income and exhibition opportunities. Distributed through their 55K+ subscriber newsletter, my content empowers artists by:

The Bahamas Hideaway

Crafting web copy and captivating blog posts to drive bookings for The Bahamas Hideaway, a stunning Grand Bahama Island vacation rental. The goal: Attract guests, build loyalty, and inspire unforgettable escapes.

SOJE

(2022)

SOJE, the only tribally owned-and-operated hemp cigarette brand in the US, engaged me to create a bundle of web and social media content to raise awareness of their products and mission. The content I crafted included blog posts and social media content highlighting the environmental benefits of hemp, biodegradable packaging, regenerative farming, and the importance of supporting Native-owned businesses.

I leveraged my expertise in content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies to significantly increase organic website traffic for a leading allergen control brand. This comprehensive approach resulted in:

I developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for a leading broad-spectrum disinfectant brand, encompassing content creation, SEO, social media management, and targeted advertising. This multifaceted approach yielded impressive results:

  • Content Powerhouse: A strategic content marketing campaign, including a highly successful blog post on cat odor removal, garnered over 260,000 unique reads.
  • Industry Authority: The content effectively positioned the brand as a leader in disinfection, sanitization, mold remediation, and odor removal solutions, attracting a highly targeted audience.

The Signature Real Estate Companies

(2021-2023)

I previously crafted content for The Signature Real Estate Companies’ various brands, including Signature Florida, The Signature Real Estate School, Signature International Real Estate, Signature Commercial, and Signature One. My contributions included writing and editing blog posts, articles, website copy, and marketing materials. In addition, I developed and executed content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation for both real estate clients and new real estate agents.

Film & Fork

(2016)

Film and Fork will always be one of my favorite projects. I conceptualized and wrote the recipes for this movie-centric cookbook, published in 2016.

CustomPlay & PopcornTrivia

(2010-2017)

I produced content for cutting-edge movie technology, including CustomPlay’s revolutionary one-screen and second-screen applications and PopcornTrivia, a wildly popular movie trivia app that has had over 26 million unique plays.
